What is the UMAC Framework for SEO

The UMAC Framework of SEO considers these categories of variables that convey meaning to a user.  It was developed in 2016 and taught through OMG Machines from 2016-2019 by Joshua “Fletch” Fletcher through a mini-course entitled “Building a Quality Site Base for White Hat SEO”

It is related to Web Standards SEO.

UMAC is an Acronym that stands for:

U: URL
M: Meta (content for technology including schema and page titles, etc)
A: Anchor (Anchor text, both on the URL and on other URLs pointing toward the analyzed URL)
C: Content (data and information that a human sees and interacts with)- Text, graphics, photos, embedded videos and audio files.
